Interiors should be uncluttered and cleaned, ALL dead lamps replaced, curtains and blinds functioning correctly, washing up done and everything put away prior to our arrival. Having this done will cost very little, if anything, but potentially add great value to buyers’ impressions of the property. Failure to have this done may reduce the perceived value of the property and lead to the property taking longer to sell.
